Firm Log-in

To log in, please enter your firm number and supervising CPA’s certificate number. This information was provided to you in a recent mailing alerting you to the on-line firm renewal. You may then begin the renewal process. Each office of your firm must be renewed individually. Fees are only paid with the main office renewal.

You may only use a credit card (MasterCard or VISA) to complete the on-line renewal. Note that not all firms’ offices are required to pay a fee. To pay by check or money order, please complete the on-line renewal form and print each completed page before clicking the "submit" button. Sign the last page and mail the completed pages with your check or money order to the Board.
